Malaika recommends 3 yoga asanas that will help you reduce belly fat:

1. Naukasana (Boat Pose)

This pose is not as simple as it seems. It needs your effort to work properly. Once you do it the right way, you can strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and stimulate your abdominal organs by improving your digestive system. In addition, it also improves blood circulation throughout the body, which helps burn more abdominal fat. Keep practicing it regularly to learn the pose.

  • Hold the pose for 10 breaths or whatever feels comfortable, keeping your abdominal muscles tight and your back straight.

  • Repeat 5 times to engage your body and reduce belly fat.

2. Kumbhakasana (plank pose)

It is one of the best exercises for burning calories and can help build a stronger core by improving your body’s overall performance.
