“Hair health often reflects what is going on inside our bodies. Therefore, the need for proper nutrition and timely diagnosis of hormonal deficiencies and imbalances is crucial. Hair strands are mainly made of a protein called keratin, while omega provides shine to the hair. Eating foods rich in these nutrients is considered the first step in reviving hair.” Hariharan says.

To keep your hair problems at bay, here are some expert hair care tips:

  1. For healthy and clean hair, it is essential to use a mild and specific shampoo for your hair. Use a conditioner to protect your hair. Leave-in conditioners are not only necessary in winter, but also in summer.
  2. Hariharan suggests that staying in the sun for a long time damages the hair and makes it frizzy. Therefore, the most important task here is to cleanse and purify your hair frequently.
  3. In between your regular shampooing rituals, keep your scalp healthy. It will ensure strong hair growth, it is a way to keep your hair growing and shiny.
  4. In addition, it uses ingredients/products such as coconut oil, argan oil, and aloe vera, which help moisturize and protect your hair. However, it’s important to know your hair type and its concerns to ensure you’re using the right hair products.
